The tickets are only sent as e-tickets via E-Mail. At the moment we, unfortunately, do not offer printed tickets.
Please note: Also take a look at your E-Mail spam folders, if the E-Mail is there. Links do not work in the spam folders! Many freemail providers (e.g. Gmx, Web.de etc) delete E-Mails after a certain time automatically.
