The following procedure can only be applied to festival and camping tickets!
Individuals eligible for an accompanying person (Category B on their disability ID card) must first purchase a regular ticket through the online store and complete the booking.
Then, please send an email to inklusion@myticket.de with the following information:
- Order number
- Copy or photo of the disability ID card (mark B)
- Name of the companion
After successful verification, a free ticket for the companion will be issued and sent to you.
Please note that processing may take a few days. We therefore recommend submitting your request at least one week before the event. This entitlement is valid only while tickets are available.
Restrooms | Showers | Camping
Accessible restrooms are available in the restroom areas on the festival grounds and in the shower and restroom area at the campground. Please note that the ground may be difficult to navigate depending on the weather, as it is a grassy field.
There are no paved paths leading directly to these areas. Therefore, the wheelchair must be suitable for off-road use.
Parking
In front of the Special Camping Area, there is a designated parking lot for people with physical disabilities. Use of this parking lot is reserved exclusively for guests who are legally entitled to park in disabled parking spaces (EU parking permit / blue badge). This parking permit must be presented on-site as proof; comparable foreign documents are accepted.
