Paramedics
Please only use the on-site medical service for acute health problems that arise during the festival and not for long-term health problems. Incorrect use of the service can lead to delays in providing care to others who need urgent help.
We recommend that you visit a regular doctor before attending the festival to take care of any ongoing health problems or necessary prescriptions. In this way, we can ensure that the on-site medical service is utilised efficiently and that every festival-goer receives the support they need.
Thank you for taking note of this important information!
Awareness
With our Awareness service, we provide additional support for everyone in our Indian Family who needs help, guidance or simply someone to listen.
Near the Chill Out Stage and Info Point, you’ll find our Awareness Zone – a safe and protected space for anyone who feels uncomfortable or overwhelmed, has experienced a difficult situation or simply needs a moment away from the festival activities.
Our Awareness Team is there for you in person at the Awareness Zone during opening hours. You can also find all important information and contact options in the Indian Spirit Festival App.
In addition, you can receive advice on health promotion and prevention. Free support and prevention items such as condoms, feminine hygiene products, earplugs and other helpful essentials are also available on site.
The Awareness Team is there to listen, support you and offer guidance. If needed, the team works closely with the medical service.
