At the Indian Spirit Festival you can only pay cashless at the festival and camping ground for e.g. food, drinks, merchandise articles and so on. All of that will be handled by your wristband.

Where can I get my cashless wristband?
You can exchange your ticket on site for a free wristband at the check-in/festival box offices.
This will be possible from Wednesday at 8:00 a.m.
How do I top up my Cashless wristband with money?
There are various options:
1. You can top up your ticket with credit before the festival. To do this, you need to enter the barcode of your festival ticket and select the amount you would like to load onto your ticket. When you scan your ticket on site, the credit on it will be loaded onto your chip and you can use it to pay on site.
2. You can link your cashless wristband to our app on your smartphone at the festival and top up your balance online. Only one chip can be registered per mobile device. If the chip is registered on a new mobile device, the connection on the old one will be interrupted and can only be restored if the chip is added again.
3. You can top up your cashless wristband on the festival or camping site at any time with cash or card payment. The TopUp stations are marked on the map. You can find them at the Sun Stage, Moon Stage and at the festival entrance.
Please note:
- Staffed TopUp stations are only available at the festival entrance
- In the infield, there will only be self-service machines where you can top up your credit yourself.
There is a cash machine at the check-in point on the campsite and another at the campsite cash desk.

Request credit without logging in?
By using the 14-digit number printed on the back of your chip, you can check your current balance in our app or in the portal at any time. You do not have to register to do this, but can skip this step by clicking on “Skip login, I'll sign up later”. You can also check your balance at all cash registers at any time.
What happens if the tape or chip is broken and cannot be read? Or you have lost your band?
The GET support team will help you with questions and problems on site (at the CashlessTroubleshoot, near the Check-In) and of course before and after the festival. Please make a note of your chip number & PIN or take a photo of it. You can find the exact location of the troubleshoot on the site map.
What are the fees?
When you activate your wristband for the first time, there is a one-time service fee of €4 when you top up your credit. There are no costs for refunds. If you do not want to activate your wristband, you can pay by card at the Sun & at the Moon Bar on the festival grounds. In this case, please note that you should also have the cup deposit amount refunded to your debit card.
How do I get my money back?
Anyone who has topped up their wristband in advance, as well as anyone who tops up their credit on site via EC card or online, can request a refund of the remaining credit to the original payment method after the festival has ended.
Anyone who has opted to top up with cash can request a refund of the remaining credit via the portal after Indian Spirit. Please note that it may take up to 4 weeks for the refund to be received.

All payments and top-ups can be tracked again on the account and downloaded as receipts.
How can I use the cashless system as a resident visitor?
As a resident visitor, you will not receive a festival wristband from us. To use the cashless system, each resident visitor will receive a card that is valid for the day on which it was issued. The cards are issued at the staffed Top Up stations. These are located at the festival entrance.
The same conditions apply to topping up and refunds as for the festival wristband.
Deposit system
You pay a deposit on every cup you receive at the bar. This deposit is deducted from your wristband together with your drink. If you pay by debit card, please have the deposit refunded to the same card.
The maximum number of cups you can return depends on the number of cups you have paid for.
